Changes is another country song and it just came to me as most of my writtings, it doesn’t mean it is about me or my life but words that seem to fall into place. I am hoping to put a tune to some of my pieces, as I love to sing and enjoy life. Do hope you enjoy.
Changes
What is it that we’re doing, That sometimes feel alright, But then comes that familiar feeling, Of all that changes in the night.
Like a stranger, walks the hallway, In the darkness of the eve, Won’t someone help me ask, this stranger, If he’d leave.
Chorus: There’s just room for us and happiness, Here in our little home, I just need your tender love and kisses, So I know I’m not left alone, I just want your arms around me, Always holding tight, Just hold me and whisper soft words, How you love me through the night.
For I don’t like changes, There’s no room to make them here, I don’t want changes in our life, I just need to know you care.
