My List

I keep a list, it rest in my mind,
Of all I must do, one thing at a time,
For all those I must call today,
So they don't think, I have gone astray.

I keep track of my wishes and dreams,
All things I want to come true ,
But most of all my list do consist of,
The love I hold so dear for you.

I keep track of how I want you to hold me,
And kiss me so tenderly,
How I need your touch and your wanting,
And to enjoy each second willingly.

I will promise to call all my friends,
For they are a big part of my life,
I'll stay in close touch with you darling,
Because I'll always be your loving wife.

I'll send notes of to the children,
To let them know I'll always be near,
And if for some reason, they ever hurt,
I'll be there because I really care.

I'll call up old friends and chat for a while,
make plans for a day on the town,
I won't set them aside any longer,
With hopes that I'll see them around.

I'll not put my life on hold no more,
for each day is passing me by,
I'll keep that list in full focus,
 I'll know I've giving it my best try.
