I look your way and I see it,
A teardrop falls by your way,
Something has sadden your heart,
Something has darkened your day.

Let me shed on you a little glow,
A smile that will shine a light,

To make all the dark days bright.

Not a word you share from your lips,
For the sounds  as I hear you weep,
As you consume me in your sadness,
Lost in the silence I do creep.

I share with you my heart, my piece of mind,
I give to you the gift I’ve long received,
That tender gift of true love over time.
