Christmas Brunch At The Rideout’s

Twas three days before Christmas,
At the Rideout’s house they say,
Everyone gathered to have brunch,
Lots to eat throughout the day.

There was bacon and ham,
sausages and hash browns too,
French toast, sweetbread and quiche,
Just to mention a few.

They’d gather for a fine feast,
The tables were set fancy and bright,
True friends would all be seated,
To feed their hungry appetite.

Pictures they would be taken,
To  share with others by the score,
As dear friends and family,
Would come through the front door.

Smiles and many HoHo’s to share,
In the midst of a wonderful day,
As they share good conversations,
Before going on their merry way.

Twas three days before Christmas,
Not a single moment to waste,
So gather at the Rideout’s,
For smiles and good food to taste.
