Retirement At It’s Best

We planed a trip to Nashville,
We’re going in April come this spring,
Off to the land of true country,
Where we will play guitar and sing.

We’ll dine on The General Jackson,
And set out on the open sea,
Enjoy the site, look for stars,
Can’t miss the Grand Ole Opry.

Can’t forget my trip back home in June,
Nova Scotia the land that is a cutie
To enjoy my family, friends & scenery,
For it’s a place of true beauty.

Never a dull moment with so much to do,
There’s parks, beaches & waters everywhere,
The culture and the experience,
So much beauty there to share.

Take lots of photos, eat plenty of food,
Sit around campfires there at night,
Just laugh and enjoy all it offers,
Sounds to me it’s just about right.

 We hear Milwaukee calling,
Harley Davison 105 th. Celebration,
Not a prayer we’ll miss this trip in August,
Already made all the reservations.

Then Deals Gap is for the bikers,
As they let their engines sore,
They’ll make the trip one more time,
Hear the mighty bikers roar.

 Got to love your Retirement,
No time to sit back and rest,
Doing things you’ve longed for,
Enjoy Retirement at it’s best
