It can be a very scary feeling if you are driving along on some dark dreary road and all of a sudden you feel you are being followed or chased as you speed up to try to get away only to find the faster you go , the faster they go.

The Chase
October 14, 2008
written By: Rose Marie Rideout

Down the road and around the corner,
through the dark hours I drove.
I knew that I was speeding,
in the trunk was a heavy load.
I swerved to the left and then the right,
keeping the car on the road was a fight.
What was behind me, I couldn’t face,
I couldn’t help but speed in the chase.
Something very dark and so dreary,
made me quiver it was so scary.
Couldn’t seem to pick out the sight,
so I kept speeding through the night.
The screeching tires,
dangerous twist on all the turns.
Holding the power of the wheel,
as the rubber burns.
I see the house, just down the road;
I think I’ve lost my heavy load.
The house is dark, no one’s home,
how I hate to face the dark alone.
Where can I run, not to face my fear?
I know it’s there to give me a scare.
I have to stop this frightening run
speeding can never be fun.
One will be hurt in the still of the night,
because of a chase that doesn’t seem right.

I have had that from my *stalker* and it is a scary feeling. My advice to anyone that has this happen to them, If you arive at your destination and no lights are on and you feel no one home keep driving and go to a house with alot of lights on and just make sure all your doors are locked and honk your horn until someone comes out to see what is going on, My stalker drove away fast when the outside lights came on and a man and woman came out on the porch.
hugs

Goodness, this sets the heart to racing ... thought by the title it was going to be a StormChase. Think it would be safer than going down a dark road and finding yourself followed ... well penned, Rose!

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
