Where Have You Been

Where have you been dear…
I’ve waited so many years,
Longing for your open arms,
Through all my pain & tears.

Where have you been dear…
As I have longed for your touch,
Some things never change,
I’ve needed you so much.

Where have you been dear…
Through my many sleepless nights,
Searching through my memories,
For the things that should be right.

Where have you been dear…
Through my journey of life,
For deep within my heart I hold,
The love of being your loving wife.

Where have you been dear…
For I walk a life of reality  
Filling my hopes & every dream,
With us in each fantasy.

Where have you been dear…
There you are, so crystal clear to see,
In my past, present & my heart,
Sharing a special love with only me.
