Only for a crazy moment,
I worried that we would one day part,
 Then it hit me how I love you,
For you’re always in my heart.
Such foolish thoughts to come to me
What was in my mind,
The harsh picture I had painted,
Of something that could happen in time.

Another tried to steal,
What was meant for only me,
My love is stronger than ever,
That’s how it’s meant to be.
You are like my shelter,
From all life’s hurt and pain,
Because our love is unconditional,
Always in my heart you’ll remain.

You are my sunshine in the morning,
My sunset through each night,
No matter what comes our way,
We work to make things right.
 I have always loved you for who you are,
You have loved me from the very start,
All through the years, until the end,
You’re always in my heart.
