A New Year Begins

We can pray that this is a New Year,
With New Beginnings for all.
We can wish for Peace & Happiness,
Pray no hatred or anger shall fall.

We can help A stranger in need,
Wipe a tear away, one will cry,
Make this year a New Beginning,
We can do it if we really try.

We can think before we speak,
Smile instead of frown,
Help pick someone up,
When we see they’ve fallen down.

Remember we are all family,
We need to care for each other everyday,
When we feel that we are weakening,
Think of our Father as we pray.

Pray that He will guide us,
To do all in our heart that’s right.
As 2011 Begins a NEW YEAR,
Lets start each day sunny & bright.

Reach out a hand to the elderly,
Share a coffee with the cold & poor.
Remember where we are today may not always be,,
Tomorrow we could be on the opposite of that door.
