I’ve travelled the world,
Just hoping to find,
A love just for me,
Just one of a kind.
I never knew,
That you could exist,
For you always were,
The top of my list.
You can make me laugh,
and sometimes I cry,
I welcome you darling,
For you are so sweet and sly.
What more could I want,
What more can I say,
I’m so happy darling,
That you came my way.
I’ve looked at the sky,
And counted the stars,
The love you have given,
Has left my heart scarred.
For I travelled the world,
Just hoping to find,
One true love,
I could say was all mine.
You stood there,
and I knew you were mine,
For I found a true love,
That was meant to be mine.
