So sorry to hear; I just got out of hospital on Tuesday, Tuesday night; was in for five days (dehydration). Feeling much better; taking it easy. Prayers for you and your brother!

Rose, I am offering my sincerest wishes and prayers for your brother's speedy and full recovery. The poem is very touching and, having sat by the bedside of many a faltering loved one, I suspect it reflects your feelings to a degree at certain lines. The way it is so hard to get a full breath, it hurts the healthy heart too, to care so much. Mental hugs for you! Take care of yourself at this difficult time so you can be there for brother. Having been there I know what cousin Bill is going through and you captured it well in this verse, so I hope he has a speedy recovery and will get over to see him as soon as he is allowed visitors.

You know, Rosie, that I am not a praying kind of person. However, I do wish the very best for your brother and those that love him. I sincerly hope that his "Tic Toc Time" slows to give him and all those that love him the days, weeks, months and years needed to bring your brother into middle, then old age.
