Everyday is a different day, a new day that leads us to another day older, we have to take notice of all the beauty that surrounds us.
Life Goes on

The sun shines brightly in the sky,
The moon lights up our way.
The trees, they change their colors,
The leaves have much to say.
The squirrels scamper around at play,
A scattered bunny, a butterfly or bee,
There's so much beauty in the world,
For all our eyes to see.
One day older, another day wise,
Life goes on through our very eyes.
Our skin may wrinkle, our legs go dim,
Life goes on and begins over again.
The circle of life...you state it very well and put me in mind of the fact that we are only a part of a vast operation of nature and miracles. Well done, Rose. Many blessings to you!
Be well,
Kathy
Sagacious thoughts, Rose, and lovely to see you posting again. Hope things are changing for the better as the days pass in your neck of the woods. Love always, Kate xx
Life is a circle and I love the changes of seasons. Makes you feel like a whole new person when you watch all the beauty of this world as it goes from green to orange to white and slippers of rain. Lovely write Rose.
Beautifully poignant poetry for many of us, Rose. Hugs, Anna

Life does go on.These words are so true. I just wish each day didn't go bye so fast. As we get older times does go by way too fast. So enjoy each day as if it were your last.
Life goes on, Rosie. Life does go on.
Lovely words. As one that is now eighty, though I can hardy believe. Rosie, for me your words certainly do ring true.

I truly appreciate the philosophical perspective that you have shared through your verses, Rose. I happen to agree with it. It is great to read you again. Love and best wishes to you,

PS. My legs don't work for me anymore, so I use an electric wheelchair. But if they go dim, I probably won't even be able to see them.
