Another Time, Another Day

Back through the years I search,
Through another time in my life.
When I was just a single girl,
Not yet a Mother or a Wife.
So many nights we strolled the beach,
As we proudly walked hand in hand.
I was excited to share with the world,
I was your woman & you were my mind.
We listened to the music & sang every word,
The old tunes seemed to fill our heart.
AS we gazed upon eachothers eyes,
Knowing then that we would never part.
Remember the old wood cabin the most,
And the old wood cast iron stove.
The nights we gathered for a weiner roast,
As we snuggled on the logs at Wild Cove.
Fantastic memoreis to keep in my mind,
Smiles, Laughter, happiness tucked away.
Wonderful thoughts of an important time,
Wonderful memories of another time, another day.
