This reminds me of a trumpeter I once heard play. He put a mute on the horn, and then played as loudly as he could. The trumpet let out a stifled scream. I'd never heard such emotionally paining music before--it was exactly like wracking, noiseless sobs. I kept expecting the mute to pop out, because he blew so hard... eventually something gives--the mind sometimes, the will sometimes, and sometimes the window coverings fall--the hinges rust and the door opens. It just begs the question: Why? Why does anyone want to stuff humanity into seclusion? What on earth good does it do? I was contemplating fashion this morning. It's past Labor Day. I wear white today--rebelling. What's wrong with white? Who sets these stupid standards anyways? --Charlie

Simply put: Change is inevitable even if the world is unprepared or unwilling to accept it. We must shed our skin of exclusion, and embrace the best of what this world offers...take it or leave it.
