"I choose to listen
to my significant music -

At first, I wished you had posted the picture of the painting. After reading it through a few times, I'm glad you didn't. I can form my own mental picture better without the prompting.
I love the airiness of this -- a sense of self empowerment and carefree abandon.
I also liked this play:
"Gestures of life
sometimes fragile
(in appearance)
I am agile
within"
Gestures of life (sometimes fragile in appearance)
or
in appearance, I am agile within
But of course, the best part is that final stanza. In the losing oneself in the dance and the flight, we find we are whole.
You make each word mean so much. So strong.

I like this, it is different, light and airy as you suggested but also it is open to interpretation and I am sure they will be many and varied.
