if there have been other lives
if in other times on distant shores
love found her worthy equal
the warmth of hand held in hand
in my dreams of other lives
i lived them with you
if there have been adored names
reverently whispered like prayers
or screamed out in ecstasy
names lost and finally forgotten
all of them were yours
our lips connected shamelessly
when the breeze of two breaths
evolved into a cyclone of ardor
and present foreshadowed future
immortalizing our united past
i still inhale your ocean scent
feel the caress of calloused hands
nuances of your voice still linger
through the years of separation
in other lives you were mine
and if there are yet more lives
we will resume the continuation
of love that survives and thrives
when all around it has changed
Love continues as much as the ocean never ends and travels to another world. You write from your heart, which is so big and is spreading around to loved ones all over the world. You are amazing at your writes and have so many which means you never give up and keep on trecking to new worlds and beyound.

my new favorite of yours Belle! Beautifully written!
...reincarnate romance...held within the deepest waters of one...emotions run...forever...in living...again...and again.

To be re united with your soul mate, how fabulous would this be...I believe that you can be, over and over through all the lives that we live.
Beautiful poetry as usual, Belle,
Peace, love, and light,

What a beautiful piece...I love the idea of the continuance of Love and relationships. I was told my husband and I had been in a previous life together, but couldn't be together..me as a Nun, him as a Monk...Happily resolved now! This explores the subject so delicately, yet so passionately..Love, Diana.
In other lives...in other times - past and future - the love and passion of your words would still be...unforgetable and thriving! Rare and well done, La Belle.
Other lives...other lovers...Titans and Amazones, reincarnations of gods long gone and forgotten, but not the love moans...them will be going forever into the eons of the universe as immortally as they can be.
Another splendid effort, Kiddo! I, for one, believe there is something to this spiritual, reincarnation stuff. Reminds me a little of the philosophical feeling in my "Soul Mate" poem.
