She...Opulent flower...Me...Wayward dreamer...

Her Dad

Gentle giant

Statuesque

1977

Distant blurred vision

We rose from teenage embers

Howling hormones

Carefree sincerity

Thrived on passionate innocence

Thoughts about forever

Life

Without encumbrance

Precious memories

Forever

Singed into my brain

She

Opulent flower

Me

Wayward dreamer

Thirty years anon

Sacred journey

Reverence remains

Warmth

Everlasting

This is an original way of putting significant fragments of life together. Love, time, images, two people and all that counts.

Some things last in this life; and thats good. Some things are not meant to last so one learns and moves on and that's good too. Your verses brought back memories, Bill. Thank you. Love and peace to you,

Ah to be a teen again...no thank you, except for maybe some of the youthful benefits, such as energy, appearance, weight and the vain things, but for the emotional roller coaster, well teens do have a way of seeing things as forever, especially romances. And I began dating my husband in 1978, married him in 1980 at the age of sixteen, still hanging in there, one of the few. I thank God every day for my marriage, family and home! Great write at a look at a tender subject. Our youthful years seemed to have crept away slowly, and once we reach adults, it simply flies by...life doesn't stand still for anyone! Enjoyed, you always give the reader something to think about!
Blessings,

Visions of A Skylark Dressed in Black by Aberjhani

“The woman or man who is a poet, or fiction writer, or playwright, or all of these, is engaged constantly in a jazz ballet of vocabularies, passions, genders, histories, perspectives, death, love, and life. The music of revelation announces itself to
