AMBUSHED OASIS Tennessee Valley I-565 Huntsville Alabama Picket fence exterior Jovial existence On the fringe of normalcy NASA technology Silver ribbons and bows Ambushed oasis Subtopia In drag Meth infested slums Hardscrabble dismay Acrid Dragons breath Historic Governors Drive Raw reality Festering mediocrity Life What we tolerate Empty Overflowing No point in eggshell tiptoe Truth Cannibalistic Uncivil to some Lightning bolt of promise God lives Reaching out Eyes afire Engulfs compassionate people Impatient With rampant negativity Arise Go in peace Relay divine perception Impact Cultivate Embrace � Bill Grimes Jr. 2007
