My prayers are with you Karla! Why all the pain? Pain like Monsters can be controlled with the right medicine so I'm told but the best medicine is already in you, it is that power you must draw upon! Get better soon.

A horrific poem,brilliantly done, to match the occasion, Karla!
I'm so sorry you have no relief.Having had a
pinched nerve in two different places, I know the agony.
I got some relief with ice. Uncomfortable to begin with but
it does numb it at least for a short time. Still have you
in prayer!(((((hugs))))))

Whew! That is scary! But don't commit sewerpipe just yet. Wait until you get your just laudits for this fine poem. Just one thing, I'd change "it desires" to its desire.
