Not the best poet out there, but these are MY words.
Constructive criticism is one thing; deliberate flaming attacks another thing entirely.
Think you're going to get me to stop writing? Nope. Like terrorists, you attack, hide like the cowards you are. I ain't gonna give you the satisfaction of stopping. :) The decision to write or not write is not yours to make.
So: cut the crap.
So what if my words don't rhyme or flow in perfect meter. So what if they aren't what you think poetry should be -
I am not writing for you. These words were given to me - if you don't like them, don't read. Perfect form of censorship.
beautiful, and delivered with precision. Good music is always defined by silence - the silence between the notes. You quite neatly drop your thoughts like pebbles on the surface of our mental ponds and we get to watch the results. Thanks!

Karla, This spineless man is at it again but under a different name. He forgets that his ISP is broadcast to AD. Matt knows who he is. He got me, Fee, Tinka, Walt and Jerry and I just stopped there. WE all need to stick together and have Matt not allow people who don't post bios or thier poetry but can review, off limits. It makes no sense to be able to come here anonymously and slander poets.

As I said before, go to your My Review and REMOVE the jerk, don't comment his/her words, ignore, because he/she are delighted to be talked about, remove and forget and he/she will bite its tongue poisoning itself.

So what if they don't like how you write? A lot of people ~do~ like your words, including me, your twin sister. You write for YOU, you keep that ink a flowin', and to he** with what some hotshot jerks may think. They are the ones who are going to end up looking stupid, not you. It's their dumb luck to act like a horse's tukus. They are going to get it in the end, and as long as we don't allow 'em to bring us down, we have the power. He will be dealt with in the end; his smutty behavior has been reported, now let the higher ups here deal with him; we've done our part in reporting this guy!

Karla I know how you feel, but I wouldn't give him the satisfaction of knowing he riled me. What he said isn't that bad, some boards have really harsh critics, so next time delete and ignore. I know it rankles, but it is a public board and people can say whatever they want, just as we can write what we want. We are spoiled here because we are a family, and don't have the nasty disposition some have. We have to take the good with the bad,that's the way it is, in life;-)
