Poem Artwork

i was snow:  the end
of winter.  cold.  grey.
lifeless.  making love
was Spring, arriving,
discovering the
color, green:  it had
always been there, in
the grass, in the trees,
in the growing things
under the blanket
of bitterness . .. .  i
just didn't see it
until the moment
you awakened me. .. .

I think you just wrote one of the most famous poems of all time - just wait and see someday on this one and many of your others - this one shines with a hidden glow of something so perfect that no one has said it before - So true, we say: "why didn't I think of that!" A #10!
