A Whiter Shade of Pale

Turning a whiter shade of pale...I cast the snow in soft gentle drift..Painting
the plains of the Earth...


Again the fall fades away

 

Turning a whiter shade of pale

The bare trees and cold ground

This evening wait

As I cast the snow in soft gentle drift

Painting the plains of the Earth

A winter to remember

I will sit nested upon the mountain

Waiting till thy season end

God will whisper Ices come

For then I will know

It is time for Spring to bud
