The morning emerged cloudy
I watched from the deck
Patiently waiting for the whippoorwill to sing
Only the drizzling rain fell upon me
I sat there as if a rose
My petals being touched by the misty rain
I felt more beautiful than yesterday
Then I imagined his fingertips
Holding me for a second
In adoration
Embark the sun through the clouds
As once again my Love slip away
As the whippoorwill sings
