I like economy...

I like economy
in a poem
and each word
in its time
I like economy in a speech
a meeting and a quiche!
A short kiss can
too be sweet
Don't you remember
Jesus' feet?

I concur with the below reviewers all the way.
Less words are enjoyable but accepts other offerings.
It is entertaining and challenging using less.

Have a fun time,
~Gwendolyn

I completely concur, Randall; and you prove it in your poem here. Thank you. Love and peace to you,

Yes. A poem should just speak its statement, and an expression, without too much emphasis. It should be subtle and yet be understand. Avoid the extra spicing of the adjectives, they cause the readers hiccups when read, and they kill the poem.

Happy New Year Randy!!!!!

Love from your poet friend,

Sandie May Angel :o)

Yes, I remember the story and this is simply wonderful. I love it when a person has the ability to use few words to create a vivid image. Great work. Janet
