Space of Finite Wisdom
A mind, clouded by pain, clouded by anger
Warped images float upon a cloudless sky
Blacker than midnight on a new moon night
No stars to twinkle like diamonds hung
By some mysterious hand, invisible to the eye
There is no breeze in which to travel
Nor is there a deep blue something in which to swim
Only blackness, no light to cast shadows
For there is no moon nor sun in which to bask in
Depression is the main source of life
To this lost soul, cast aside by the world
Perfidy and antagonism pelt a weakening shell
There is no chasm in which to climb from
Only nothingness to surround and envelope
Like a blanket that provides no comfort
From the harsh emotions that swirl like
The coldest of nebulas in deep space
A black hole this soul has become
Or, is that the world that has become a gravity well
And this soul has been sucked into oblivion?
