Embraced, Kissed By Death
Bleed me dry, take my life
I give it to thee, without hesitation
Take what thy will, then go
Leave me for dead like all the others
Yet, a part of thy soul lingers upon
This crawling flesh as I sink into
The utter darkness of oblivion
Creature of the night, thy are
My life is thy own to drink
Yet, I behold within my own mind
That death is not a choice for my soul
As thy kiss of darkness takes hold
Thy life flows within me now as well
Mingling and giving strength to this
Dying soul, new life reborn of the night
Thou hath not sought to dine upon me
But sought a companion in darkness,
One in sorrow and death that is now life
Embraced by the dreams which haunted
This mind for years and now, come to
Light they have beneath thy kiss
Share with me now, the glory of the night
And let us bask in the silver glow of the moon
In all her magnificent beauty
