In the darkness There shines a light Yet, off in the distance And not so very bright. Like a candle's flame It flickers, making Shadows dance in the night. Draws me in, this ballet Of glimmering glow and Grows so ever brighter As it moves to and fro. Then, I realize, In the darkness, I must learn to love myself.
A further collection of poems, many from years in the Middle East, but also the California San Francisco and Central Coast areas (Santa Cruz, Carmel, Big Sur, Berkeley, etc.).
