Terms of endearment, displayed In poetic form. Words that blend And dance with such bountiful hues, Linger within me, tearing up my soul. I sit there and wonder, if only the one Who loved me could show such Wonderful tones. Life, then, would Be complete and full of joy! If only... Things were different, and the words I read were written just for me. The Joy of inspiration, I've felt it over The years and my Muse has taken Control of the sweetness it has left. But now the well runs dry and it Leaves me with just one wish, For someone to write for me, Poetry to express such loveliness, That dwells deep within their soul. But it's all just words, I tell myself, In hopes of easing the jealousy that Resides deep within.
