There is a place of peace Where once you knew joy's treasure, Danced with a true love's pleasure, Bathed yourself in a blessed light. That place is not so far away; Around the dark corners passed By towering obstacles that cast Menacing shadows in the night. That place is waiting for you With outstretched arms; To shelter you from harm Wherever you may roam. This place of hope Lives in the hearts of People like us whose love Will sanctify your home. There is no storm you can't weather Even if we aren't together; For even when words aren't spoken Our spirits cannot be broken. Copyright � 2002 by Daniel Shaurette
