in the beginning they promised light muted, invasive it filtered to our depths we flowed towards it like a collective thought or a lazy dream in a mad god's eye now energy-suffused we broke the waves here, there scattering like lost children following instinct before instinct existed the most ambitious streaked upward, shimmering cousins pinning up the cloak of primordial night others built continents, islands masses of stone others lay dying on newly-formed beaches today you and I carry the sparks centuries refined but passion diluted.

Interesting, and ambitious (at least those who built continents).
One thing is evident....you and I have creation concepts that are literally worlds apart!
