It’s your birthday again,
my daughter, my friend.
Today you are thirty three.
Wowee, it seems just like yesterday,
you were only three.
Time is flying by for you and me.
It just doesn’t seem possible
it was so many years ago,
that I held you in my arms
for the first time,
anticipating watching you grow.
You grew up so fast,
but when I think of the past,
I have good memories
that will always last.
You have been a great daughter
for the most part,
because you have a kind,
gentle, and loving heart.
You like to spend time
and have fun with your friends.
Being around them and your family
is where your happiness and joy begins.
I am glad that on your birthday,
you could spend time with me
and I wish you a wonderful
number thirty three.
Happy Birthday daughter.

If Mom finds a job, that will be thanks enough!
For both of us! She has her j.d. now, but not much out
there for a 60 yr old woman! Oh well! We will see what happens!

A wonderful tribute to your daughter. It will be my birthday too tomorrow (May 15th), but I planned to spend it quietly. I've even asked my hubby not to post anything on the board. Sometimes I prefer to have it that way.
