You have been my friend for a long time.
There are many times,
when you brought to my life,
a ray of sunshine.
We have had our little up and downs,
but we didn’t let them hang around.
Hurt feelings are not supposed to last.
They should be left in the past.
We have had our laughs too.
You laugh with me and I laugh with you.
We have been through a lot, me and you,
but somehow we have made it through.
By supporting each other when we are down,
we somehow were able to smile instead of frown.
I wish you health and happiness,
and hope our friendship will always last.
