My Love for You

My love for you is like a candle

 With an everlasting flame

 And if that candle burns out

 I will never be the same

 For every moment I’m without you

I miss your every touch

 I long to have you near me

 I need you that much

 At night before I go to sleep

 I wish you a goodnight

 As I whisper your name into the darkness

 Hoping everything is all right

 And in my dreams I see you

 As you blow me a tender kiss

 My body begins to tremble

 My heart and soul in bliss.
