Butterfly

The birth of a butterfly.

Swaddled in
a cocoon.
Surviving on
nothing,
it is
growing.

Then, one
Day, it breaks
Out of its shell
And its wings
are wet.
Yet, the force of
The butterfly
Going through
The little opening
In the cocoon,
Dries its wings out.
This process takes time.


 


Then, the butterfly
Is ready to fly to
Flowers of all
Varieties and pollinate!
It catches the pollen
With its feet!


If you force a butterfly,
Out of its cocoon,
Before it is time to fly,
IT WILL NEVER FLY!


So, be careful and let
Mother Nature do her
Job!
