My older sister had her birthday yesterday and I wanted to write something for her. I hope she likes it!
On this day, a miracle happened.
You were born.
No one looked at you,
predicting an ungrateful father.
No one looked at you,
predicting a mother who gave

It was not known until thirty-three years later in the medical world.
You were not known to have had this at birth.
You are and were very much loved.
Having an older sister plus two younger sisters helped in the play department as well.
Remember how special you are.
And on January 3, 1966,
an infant was born and
became my wonderful “sissy”!
