This poem is dedicated to my sister, who is a former J.A.G. Army attorney. Her title was Major Julie Ann Marie VillaFuerte, J.A.G. Corp Attorney, January 1995-March 2001, 101st Airborne Division!
This is also dedicated to ALL veterans out there who have served our country so well! God Bless you!

Word Warriors to the rescue!

One chance.
Boot camp-stories told,
Awaken at 3am, 3 minutes
to get gear together,
or be disciplined in a
LONG Humid Hike with a 40
pound pack on your shoulders!
How about rapelling off a cliff?
And then climbing back up?
It takes GUTS, LOVE, FAITH,
DETERMINATION, PERSERVERANCE
and a little FEAR mixed in
to be a soldier!
To go into BATTLE, for your
COUNTRY, takes even more.
God Bless our Soldiers

I concur, except 70% of our soldiers were killed by American friendly fire. But great noble write.
