Try not to think negative.
I can feel it coming from a mile away Stress tomorrow during my work day My hair is a great big mess I know am not at my total best Such worry clutters my mind I know this will put me very much behind Using all my energy in a negative way Will totally blow my whole entire day So I imagine a bottle that encompasses the sea And a little boat in there just for me So I can float ever so peacefully And forget the stress only momentarily Until I reach the beach of sand and fun But I know for sure that won't be there When tonight is done I know it is coming my way Tomorrow during my work day �

hmm, guess you will have to turn your work day upside down and and turn that frown to a smile. grab stress by the _____ and work it away. smile, it is an anti-stress med.
