I did a meditation, and my angels, Thomas and Michael, kicked me in the butt, showing me the need for transformation from their inspiration!
Stagnation: not flowing or moving inactive or stale
Realization: to grasp or understand clearly
Reformation: improvement of what is wrong, corrupt, or unsatisfactory
Transformation: to change in condition, nature,, or character
(as stated in Webster Dictionary)
yes I still use the dictionary!

Realization of state of mind and body,
Reformation to balance mind and body,
"Transformation of stagnation,
with the realization to transform,
mind, body, and spirit from
Angelic Inspiration! "
I have angel pictures on the walls of my bedroom, angels hanging in my living room, angels my oldest daughter has given me and angels candles even. An angel photo frame holds my favorite photo and I know I am surrounded by angels and their love. You are an inspirational angel in life too. May be all find joy in your writes, angel Amber, great one.

I applaud your realization that an act of inspiration nullified the stagnation that resulted in your transformation.
I love this poem because it show us that we have to take action for ourselves,(along with the devine nudge), in order to transform.

This is a reminder for me; after getting good results earlier this summer due to meditation (though I complained of the lack of them) I have stagnated and completely warped out on my disciplined meds-- and now fighting with everything from the computer to the housework! A good reminder from a real "Realist" There is no transformation without meditation, only fantasy! Thanks from me. Back to it--
