My daughter is taking Yoga and the subject today was opening up your heart for healing. It is my conversation with her that inspired this poem!

Open Heart by Amber "V" Moonstone 3/10/14 When you begin to live with an open heart, Your life will find your true home. Your breath can begin this journey, breath in and open up your heart. You may feel a range of emotions, sadness, tenderness or joy. No matter what you feel, take it in and relish each feeling. Each feeling you accept, is your journey toward healing. Breathing in positive and healing energy, helps both your physical and emotional heart. With an open heart you will aquire patience, and unconditional love for yourself. When you begin to live with an open heart, Your life will find your true home! Open Heart (c) Amber "V" Moonstone

Yoga is like any other exercise. When we do yoga, it frees our mind to think through all the things that may be bothering us. The endorphins that our muscles give off the enrich the brain and give us good thoughts for positive action. Positive thoughts open our hearts to others and to ourselves. So does your poetry.
