if i could share this night with you
the gods would envy our pleasure
earth and time would stand still
perfection would veil her visage
awed by the beauty of such love
this night of soft tropic breezes
moonlight caressing your hair
ocean waves kissing your skin
clothed only with warm desire
lost in the rhythm of two lovers
sailing a rolling sea of passion
a night of teaching, being taught
those things that belong to night
and those who embrace mysteries
of man and woman, yin and yang
sharing sacred balance of nature
in a touch, a kiss, a blending
of kindling and flame to set afire
together such a night as this
