Something's wrong with my body
I don't know what it is,
it just isn't quite right
Can some one help me?
Please somebody!
It's like I'm in a bodysuit,
3 sizes too tight
My minds in a muddle,
all mired in mud
on the edge of a panic attack
I can not avoid
I need to leave my body
and find a healthy one
The fear is that this detachment
will never go away
I'm sick but not sick
in an innocuous way
No one can tell,
it's all in my mind
But I certainly can't leave IT behind
I'm scared . . .
will this feeling always be
from now until forever
. . . for all eternity
I know I should seek help
. . . or Psychiatric aid
but will they lock me up
or just be a band aid?
I'm lost and confused,
surrounded but alone
Maybe I should talk to someone
or just pick up the phone

i think since you have meet this specail someone this feeling will go away,hopefully far away.you know i am always hear for you.
Marissa, since this was written months ago, I hope you are feeling better now. For me, it begins with going back to God, getting my Bible out and asking Him to speak to me through its pages. He calms my hurting heart and changes my viewpoint.
He may show you your greatest needs. There's nothing wrong with seeking help from some counselor, but I would look for one who shares your faith in God. No counselor will be perfect, but I believe God will lead you to one who will be able to help you.
