treasures from abandoned gardens

A pallet of God-crafted colors
Too beautiful for mundane names
Of red yellow green or blue
He painted my life's pictures
The gift of different hues

He gave to me the colors
Others had dismissed
Too different to be accepted
Totally without guise
All a separate covered canvas
He watched... as I unfolded each prize

I love the surface theme of this poem Pat, though I can find many analogous meanings. I wonder what yours as the author is, and if mine are aligned.
