1. adnitted,
committed
to the thought
i'm powerless over alcohol

my Life is unManagelable
that was hard, un-Imaginable

2. came to Beliieve
a somewhat re-lief
a Power other than me
could be
re-store me to sanity
how could that be?

3. made a decision
made a revision
to turn That Power
over to another
other
than me
what could it Be
i couldn't see
every second. minute or hour
of every day
how about i do it my way?
whatda' ya' say?

4. took an inventory
wrote down my story
hey!
of how it be
so i could see me
why worry?

5. admitted to someOne else
the That I Be
just who i've been
admitted my sin
from Beginnin' to End

6. 'twas steady & ready

7. on my knees
i did pleads

we only stay
sane & sober
