A POEM
TO A FRIEND
i send

Late at Night
when i try to write
i'm left
with words
rigtht or wrong
seem's i'm left
with the right song

but then i'm outta' paper
ain't that the shit
we you ready to write
but ther ain't shit
to write on
to go on
except to wipe
or write
late at night
or the first thing
in the morning
the shit's still there
where
it was before
between my ears
'tween my fears
or between my legs
or her thighs
that's where it b's
friends or enemies
or on the sheets
so sweets
last nights treats

old poems
old roems
old shit
that fit
'tween my legs
'tween my sheets
words like shit
so neats
'tween
my days
'tween my nights
poems & love
late at night

some you can rush 'em
some you can flush 'em
some love's you've had enuff um

but some
but some
they come
and go
and come again
once more
that shit knocks on your door
again, and again

they knock once more

and you wait
although you hate
to know again
what is in store
and once again
you love once mnore

and so once again
i begin
to write
late at night
to my YANKEE friend

Scarlet O'Hara
where you are is where you or
Rhett Butller

Gone With The Wind
friends to the END

Now I wonder who you could be writing too...? A yankee, well that must be Rufuz? But if I were that yankee, I would send down some paper on a roll for you to write on or wipe certain areas with, but then again with an outhouse, what do you need that type of paper for...? LOL! Peace, bro, Ed & rufuz
