adrift in the present lost to the past don't know no future that will last
see the sunrise see it set leave today for what i get shawdows hang low far as i let 'em go but they can still grow love is a dream a slippery thing if ya' know what i mean it slips & slides love still hides adrift in today lost in yesterday as today passes it's way and tomorrow is but a dream adrift in the present lost to a scheme lost to the past with a love that still last

Hope you enjoy sleeping on an old beat up sofa with a stinky dog keepin' ya company...sorry but the beds mine...or you can "drift" on into a motel room nearby and go to AC and gamble...LOL! ed
