man, i'd like a lounge chair
a place ta' sit
a place ta' be where
i oughta' be
i place where i could See
Life passin' by.
a place where i could buy
the Good-bye.
if i had a lounge chair
i'd just sit there
and lounge
around
and stare
out into forever
forgetting the never
rembering the Ever
and what was ta' be
and tryin' not ta' see
the how it is
the 'tis
the blue skys
the whys
& good-byes
if i had a lounge chair
i wouldn't be here
i wouldn't be where
i am
damn
if i had a lounge chair
i'd be there
just loungin' around
how' that sound?
