Tomorrow

from cradle to grave we plod along with foot prints behind & beyond
we mourn the past moments that didn't last or we fear tomorrow will only bring us more sorrow so as we stride we hide from Today and in due course, of course, Today is Yesterday and Tomorrow has become Today and Tomorrow is still one day away we fret with our regets we fear what only is near and Today passes away lost to another day

'We fear what only is near'. I really liked that line. I'm not too sure why, but it just struck me and stuck with me. Good write.
