Laying in the fetal position with itches and urges I can't scratch and I'm helpless My mind is heavy and undecided it can't be made up not even sure how And I think too much for my own good an endless black cloud of randomness And sometimes I can catch one A thought, a flash of light Seconds maybe or forever My smile fades It is like my mind I try to control it and it hurts I suck at this All I can do is survive remember to breathe It's only a life
