Rainbows fascinate me, they come after some dark clouds and rain, and the colors always touch my heart as it declares BEAUTY and DIVERSITY.
This is for all Authors Den friends/writers - thank you!
An Author's Rainbow
by Cynthia Buhain-Baello
December 8,2008
Tough times make it hard to cope,
But friends like you always give me hope.
As sunshine peeks through each dawn's veil,
Your kind words shine and never fail.
In life, after some storms and rain,
We see the rainbow once again,
To touch our hearts and to renew,
Restore the joy ....my rainbow's YOU.
The colors say we're not the same,
But God's the Painter, the sky's His frame.
Diverse in shades we blend in Beauty,
Blessed in Kindness and in Harmony.
As rainbow reaches from sky to earth,
Your words touch me and ease some hurt.
Space and time erased to show,
At Authors Den, there is a rainbow!
"Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy
good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well."
3 John 2
I can only imagine the "clouds" in your life right now. Rocky is in a different country and your brother is terminally ill. But yet, you take the time to write this beautiful poem. I will be praying for you my Christian sister-----I hope for many rainbows in your life.
Love to you
Katt

Take care and God be with you.
A rainbow brings hope, as do these lines of searching for the sun after every storm: you are in my prayers.

But God's the Painter, the sky's His frame.
I think diversity is marvelous, as is this poem.
