Last night a dream, soft light, hope stream… I cling to vision: all is well, if not okay. God has granted strength enough for this new day.
*** Last night from somewhere far away I heard your faint voice call to me with unequivocal certainty and the wisdom of all the ages.
A dream and yet I felt your hand shake my shoulders as, somehow, you roused me from depressed despondency, state of calloused calcification.
Soft light filtered into focus from pearlescent glow that belongs to those who belong to God. I found at last your face – beautiful to me.
Hope stream coursed again. I breathed deep. You placed the host upon my tongue, traced a cross upon my furrowed brow. I saw you rise, healing on your wings.
